ACH Processing: - User access and ACH limits will migrate to the new platform.
- The ACH cut-off time is 6:00 pm EST. Files require 24 hours to process.
- Scheduled or Recurring files with dates after migration will not process and will need to be recreated after migration.
- Creating or copying batches will be replaced with Templates.
- You can create Templates prior to migration based on your current batches.
- Creating templates streamlines processing by saving information and storing it for future files.
- Search Options fields allow you to quickly find the Template you need.
- Templates can be duplicated, edited or deleted.
- Entries previously included in batches will be migrated as “Participants”. Participants in one location make it easier to change their profile without having to search through each ACH file or Template.
- Participants are people or companies you either send payments to or receive payments from.
- You will need to create a Participant the first time you add them to an ACH file. To add a Participant, you will need their ACH information, including their routing number and their account number.
- Adding an email address to your Participant and checking the box will send an email to them when the status of the ACH file changes to processed.
- Participants can be added to groups to easily sort them. Examples of this would be Payroll, Bonus, Reimbursement, etc.
- Add multiple distribution entries for a Participant to send funds to other accounts.
- From the Participants list, you can use the Search Options to quickly find a Participant to edit or delete. Deleting a Participant removes them from the list but does not delete them from the file. To remove the Participant from a recurring or schedule file, you must delete them from the Template.
- ACH file processing history will not migrate.
- Prior to migration, please take the necessary steps to print your ACH processing history. This can be done from: Payments & Transfers > ACH > Using either the All-ACH Activity at the bottom of the page, or the Search Activity in the right column. Enter the dates for the information you wish to print. The ACH activity can go back several years.
- Once you have selected your date range or all activity, click Report. You will be prompted to click Select on the number of files to print and you can select one or all the information types to display on your report. This information should be kept confidential as account information may be included.
- ACH One-Time ACH Payment allows you to create a one-time single transaction without saving the Participants information.
- ACH Activity shows pending, waiting for approval and processed files. Pending files can be edited or deleted.
- ACH History displays file information. Use the Search Options to search by company, description, dates, etc.
