ONLINE BANKING UPDATE (Sunday, Sept. 20): Online banking for Consumer and Cash Management customers has been restored; however, some features are not functioning as expected. Bank of Clarke is aware of these issues and is actively working toward resolution.
Zelle: Users are receiving a white screen when accessing Zelle through the mobile app. Customers may be able to access the service by logging in through a web browser. Our team is working to resolve this issue prior to Monday, September 21.
CheckFree Business: Some businesses may experience difficulties accessing the new bill payment system. Our team is working to restore access for affected businesses and plans to resolve the issue prior to Monday, September 21.
